I had an astral projection meditation that was removed for unknown reasons previously. I have worked on this a little bit and I have created an even more effective astral projection meditation.  

You can use this meditation to travel outside of your body. To travel to different places and times. This uses a combination of gently guided prompts that will allow you to astrally project.
